Where are you located?

We are a family owned business located in Sardis, British Columbia. Canada. 

How do I receive my order?

We ship your order with Canada Post. *NEW* We now offer porch pick up.

Do the prices include design & embroidery?

Yes, all prices include design and embroidery.  You can customize your own design using our bespoke software OR we will personally create a beautiful design for you!  

How long will my bear take to make?

We can complete your order in 4 - 6 days plus shipping time if required.

How do I customize my bear?

Creating your custom bear couldn’t be easier! First choose your favourite bear. Next, click on the customization button and start personalizing using our bespoke software; select your desired template or theme and personalize the message, colour and font for the chosen recipient.

We personally review and touch up each order to ensure everything is balanced, so don't worry if it's not perfect.  Just make sure the spelling and information is correct.  We will send you a proof to approve before we go forward with the embroidery! 

Can you wash the bears?

Yes, all our bears are ADVENTURE ready and have a removable stuffing pods for an easy wash.

Always check the care label prior to washing.

Safety

Safety is the most important part of our bears. We like the colours and the expressions and of course the embroidery design but making sure they are safe for children of all ages is our number one priority.

All bears exceed applicable Canadian, USA and European safety standards.

How do I complete my order?

Select your bear, personalize it and then simply add to your basket – Head to your basket (top right of the website), check your order, fill out any promotional code and head to the checkout – Finally, fill in your details including billing and shipping and press ‘place order’. It is as simple as that!

All customers have the option of guest checkout or setting up an account.

Refunds

As every bear is unique and customized, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns unless the item or embroidery is deemed faulty. In which case we will send out a replacement once we have received the faulty item back.
